iPad for Litigators
Why Attend?
In just two years, the iPad has gone from a gadget and web browser to a real productivity tool that litigators can use regularly in their practice. Today, many trial lawyers are ditching their laptops and complicated trial technology set-ups in favor of the iPad. The iPad's compact design, combined with its versatility and power, make it a convenient and surprisingly useful litigation tool.
Hear how innovative trial lawyers today are using the iPad and the latest iPad apps in litigation. Featuring law technology experts Jim Calloway and Tom Mighell and trial lawyer Jamie Moncus, who recently obtained a $37.5 million verdict using iPad trial presentation technology, this cutting-edge program will show you how you can use the iPad to prepare for and conduct hearings and at trial, including:
When to use the iPad at trial--choosing the right trial technology
Conducting legal research
Conducting depositions
Selecting juries
Presenting evidence at hearings and at trial
Presenting in the courtroom – key iPad accessories you’ll need
Have a question for the faculty? This interactive seminar will give you the opportunity to submit questions to the faculty before and/or during the program. In addition, all registrants receive a set of downloadable course materials and free access to the archived online program later.
