What You Will Learn
In increasingly competitive times, law firms seek better ways to reach new clients and to educate the public generally about the work that they do. Law blogs (short for weblog) offer targeted content to clients and other lawyers and showcase the expertise of the lawyer(s) writing and maintaining the blog. This seminar will teach participants how a well-designed law blog with regular updates can improve your firm’s bottom line. The faculty, "superstar" bLAWggers Bentley Tolk, Denise Howell, and Greg Siskind, will also discuss ethical implications for lawyer advertising, trial publicity, and client communications.
